  • You are reminded to use/provide your UWI email to allow processing/necessary contact (e.g. student.name@my.uwi.edu)

    1. This online declaration form is for FSS students only. If you are not an FSS student, seek approval from your Faculty. This also applies if pursuing FSS Minors.

    2. Students must submit their request for Declaration of Minor in their FINAL SEMESTER ONLY.

    3. The deadline dates for the 2025/2026 Academic Year are as follows:
      • Semester I – September 12, 2025
      • Semester II – February 06, 2026
      • Semester III (Summer) - June 06, 2026

     

    NOTE: Majors and minors jointly pursued CANNOT have the same courses included (overlap of courses), unless otherwise stipulated within the FSS Undergraduate booklet. Please revise your core courses and minor requirements to ensure validity of your declaration (click here: Undergraduate booklet).
