PRE-ENGINEERING STATUS LETTER REQUEST FORM
Requests cannot be processed if a student is not financially cleared, has any type of hold on his/her account and/or have incomplete registration.
1. Cost per copy of Status Letter-TT$30.00/US$6.00 Payable to The Cashier, Bursary or any Republic Bank Branch Account #160284614001 or via Online Services
2. Rush/Same-day request cost TT$60.00/US$12.00. If requested before 12 noon letters will be ready by 4:00pm.
3. Requests cannot be processed if a student has any type of hold on his/her account e.g. AR (Accounts Receivable), Immunization/Medical (Please contact Student Accounts, the Bursary at https://sta.uwi.edu/bursary/service-desk to resolve Accounts Receivable holds prior to submission of request).
4. Note: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on this form. Please print clearly.
5. Letters will be forwarded via email to the official UWI email (Current Students) or personal email (UWI graduates/past students ONLY), Three (3) working days from the submission date.
