The Faculty Liaison Role is intended to enhance course administration by delegating certain course management responsibilities to Faculty who are closely familiar with departmental operations. This role provides elevated access to the myeLearning system to support faculty more effectively.
Before access is granted, the following steps must be completed:
- Acceptable Usage Policy: The designated staff member must review and sign the Acceptable Usage Policy, which outlines the responsibilities and expectations for users with elevated access.
- Training Recommendation: It is strongly recommended that the staff member schedules a training session with the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) to ensure proper and effective use of the myeLearning environment.
